Who We Are

Abela Delices was founded in Lebanon, in 2009, when two partners decided to establish a catering company.

The first Project was the central kitchen that has been providing a top-notch service in culinary excellence, serving weddings, corporate events and special occasions. After the establishment of the central kitchen, Abela Delices was successful in signing various contracts to manage facilities in F&B and environmental services.

One of the most dynamic catering companies in Lebanon, Abela Delices is the market leader in industrial catering. We were able to successfully cover a wide segment of the market, from high end events to the most technically demanding operations in Hospital and labor camps.

CEO Message

“I believe that success in this industry is based on multiple components.

The most important being people skills and knowhow, this is why our main mission is to invest in these skills which are, and will always be, our main assets. Nonetheless, I also believe the other main components are the right policies and systems to complement these skills. Such policies and systems will ensure a sustainable growth while maintaining standards, consistencies and efficiencies.

So far, we’ve been able to transition from a small company to be in a leading position due to our persistence in the above believes.
